Terms of Use

Order Minimums

  • Minimum order of one (1) dozen per style, size and color.
  • Styles are required to be ordered in even dozens.
  • Styles may be combined to receive the next column pricing.

 

Samples

  • Maximum 6 pieces of different styles.
  • Sample orders are shipped either COD or credit card without previous approved credit.
  • Samples are not are returnable or refundable.
  • All samples are invoiced at column "A" pricing no matter the price structure set up for your account.

 

Shipping

  • Orders placed by 3:00 pm will ship the same day unless otherwise advised.
  • All orders are shipped FOB Hicksville, New York or Fullerton, CA by UPS, FedEx or designated truck line.
  • Insurance and COD charges (when applicable) will be added to all shipments.
  • You will be advised of any delay to your order. 

 

Terms

  • New account orders are shipped COD cashiers check, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
  • Returned checks will be subject to a $40.00 per check charge.
  • Net terms accepted with approved credit application.
  • Terms are net from date of invoice.
  • We reserve the right to revoke credit terms at anytime.

 

Claims And Returns

  • Claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise must be made within five (5) days upon the receipt of goods.
  • Headwear must be inspected before embellishing. Customer and their vendors are responsible for verifying style, color, size and quality of headwear prior to decorating.
  • Embroidered or printed headwear are not returnable.
  • Under NO circumstances are we responsible or will we incur embroidery costs on incorrectly ordered goods being returned, no matter what the reason.
  • No returns accepted without a return authorization number (RA#) and must be returned to warehouse no more then two (2) weeks after receipt.
  • Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.
  • All refused COD shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
  • Absolutely no cash refunds.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
  • Returns without original corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price.
  • Cancelled orders or returns of unwanted merchandise must be approved in advance and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
  • All returns must be prepaid.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Flexfit, LLC assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability whatsoever if price change notices are not received.
