At the 2024 Deco Summit, a three-day educational conference for custom apparel decorators, Flexfit® took a different approach compared to 2023. While last year we focused primarily on showcasing the Flexfit NU® collection, this year we made a broader push to highlight our full range of blank caps. To engage attendees, we featured a unique hat vending machine with all variations of Flexfit NU® caps, allowing visitors to participate in a fun hat survey in exchange for free hats. The vending machine, inspired by the sea concept from the ICAST show, added a fun Miami twist, aligning with the location and atmosphere.

Through the survey, attendees received personalized recommendations for embellishments—whether embroidery, patches, or printing—tailored to their specific hat designs. These recommendations were based on feedback from our sales team and years of customer insights.

Flexfit® also provided caps for all Ricoma embroidery demos, strengthening our presence at the event. The show served as a fantastic opportunity to introduce our blank caps to aspiring business owners who were just starting their hat businesses. Flexfit® proudly offered our expertise, helping newcomers navigate the world of custom headwear and supporting their growth in the industry.
